A living room modelled and lit from a floor plan, looking out to sea

Interactive 3D walkthroughs for property developers

Homes that aren't built yet, sold like they already are.

Send us a floor plan. About fifteen days later, your buyers are walking through the finished home on your own website.

The demo

This home doesn't exist. Walk through it anyway.

This is the real thing, running inside this page exactly as it would run inside yours. Pick a room, look around, switch it from day to night.

A real project, on the same viewer your buyers would use.

Open full screen

Day or night

One tap switches the whole home from daylight to evening.

Room to room

They choose the room, in whatever order they like.

Look anywhere

Turn around, look up. Ceilings, light, the view from the window.

On their phone

It runs in the browser. Nothing to download.

The problem

Your buyer isn't hesitating over the price. They're hesitating because they can't see it.

A render shows one corner, beautifully. It never says how far the bedroom is from the kitchen, or whether evening light reaches the balcony. So the buyer says they will think about it and goes to look at something they can walk into, while the unit sits on your books.

What your buyer gets today

A floor plan
asks them to decode it.
A render
shows one angle, the one you chose.
A walkthrough video
moves at someone else's speed, then ends.
A display suite
is one unit, and only if they can get there.
Presnce
Every room, day or night, from wherever they are.

Every “we'll get back to you” is a buyer who couldn't picture it.

What the research says

Buyers decide on what they can see.

The National Association of Realtors surveys thousands of recent US home buyers every year. Three of its 2025 findings, and what they mean for a home that isn't built yet.

No. 1

Photos are the listing feature buyers rate most useful online, at 83%. An off-plan home has no photos to show.

41%

of buyers who search online rate virtual tours very useful. Only 29% say the same about videos.

83%

of buyers' agents say staging makes it easier for a buyer to picture a property as their future home. Every room we build is furnished and lit.

How it works

One floor plan. About fifteen days.

01

You send a floor plan

That is genuinely all we need to begin. No site visit, no 3D model, no photographs.

02

We build the home

Every room modelled, furnished and lit from scratch, then finished until it reads as photography. You review it before anything goes live.

03

It goes live on your site

We host it and hand your web team one line of code. It carries your name, not ours.

What's included

  • The walkthrough, hosted for your first six months
  • Two rounds of revisions
  • Your domain, your logo, your colours
  • Your sign-off before anything goes live

What sets the price

Projects vary too much for one number to mean anything. We quote each one on:

  • How many unit types you need
  • How many rooms each one has
  • The level of finish and furnishing

For your web team
<iframe src="https://tours.yourcompany.com/the-arcadia-residences" width="100%" height="600" style="border:0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

That is the whole integration, on your domain. It loads inside your page and only starts working when a buyer opens it.

White label

It carries your name, not ours.

You have spent years building trust in your name. Nothing we make should compete with it.

  • Your domain.
  • Your logo in the corner.
  • Your brand colours.
  • No Presnce badge anywhere.

From the same build

Every render your marketing needs, from the one model.

Because the home is built in 3D, we can photograph it from any angle you ask for: hoardings, brochures, listing photos, launch creatives, the screen in the sales lounge. No second shoot.

Who you'll deal with

The founders, from first message to launch.

Presnce is run by Raghav and Ahmed. The modelling, lighting and finishing are done by a commissioned team of 3D artists we bring on per project, which is how fifteen days is possible at all. You talk to one of us the whole way, not an account manager.

Questions developers ask

Straight answers.

How long does it take?
About fifteen days from your floor plan.

It depends on unit types, rooms and finish. Send the plan and we'll quote it.

A floor plan per unit type. Mood boards help, but aren't required.
What if we don't like something?
Two rounds of revisions are included. Anything beyond that is quoted first.
Where does it live?
On your website, under your domain. We host it, six months included.
Will it slow our site down?
No. It only loads when a buyer opens it.
Does it work on phones?
Yes, in any mobile browser. Nothing to download.
